Retracting my claim

Does anybody know how to retract my claim? Last fall I had filed a claim for an RV-8 rudder that was stalled in the process. I have since received the kit so this deal is done. I've since received the lawyers' package for my original claim, but I have no further business regarding the rudder.

How do I get my name off the claims list?

I did this by sending an email to Clyde Hamstreet ([email protected]) and cc'ing Timothy Conway ([email protected]). Mr. Hamstreet responded quickly that my claim was taken off the list.

I just did something similar in VANs satisfying my claim. I went to the BMC customer website https://cases.creditorinfo.com/vansaircraft
From there I went to inquiries and stated my claim release in the note space and within minutes I got a response. The easiest thing to do and they are very responsive to claim releases...

Great. That all said, I notice that I am still listed with a Filed Claim and I received the paperwork regarding voting on the restructuring plan this week. I've since sent the request to the BMC portal to confirm that my claim is released.

thanks Guys. I have confirmation of my acceptance from the portal regards accepting the new terms. All docusigned. SO I went to the inquiry page and asked to release my claim. Let you know how it goes. Thanks for the replies.
