Buying a PCU-5000 governor for the new RV-10 project - and don’t remember if it the control lever is clockwise or counter clockwise.

Not really. Some did clockwise others did counter clockwise.

What comes from Van’s on the governor in the FWF kit?

Here's the part number from mine (I ordered during a group buy a couple of years ago):

P-520-029/A-947

Not sure if this is counter- or clockwise.

I was looking at utilizing the Showplanes Governor Control Bracket. So, I ordered counter-clockwise on my PCU unit. On the plans thread it looks to be CC as well....

Counter Clockwise is what I ordered based on my IO540 and the cable from coming from under the engine not over.
