Transponder question KT 76C

I am not sure if this the place to ask but is a Bendix/King KT 76C transponder a strobe type or a non strobe type? I need to know to check the wiring on an altitude encoder.

Same guts concept with cavity to go bad as a KT-76A, same tray, same wiring, no?

Just a pretty digital faceplate.
