Throttle shaft nut torque?

I must be going blind. Not seeing it in the IPB (or any torque values for that matter), or the Line or Heavy Maintenance manuals.

In my IPB which is dated 1 Apr 2013 it is index item #49 on page 10 in section 73-00-00.

Thanks! The new IPB has removed all the torque values.
