Inner Tube Failure

This tube has only 50 hours on it, but failed (on the nose gear). Does anyone have any experience that could shed some light on the reason for the failure?

If it was uninstalled with that nut left on the neck, I would say the edge of the nut cut it.
 
Because it never made it out of phase 1

I would agree that the stem looks pretty mangled. Forced into place during install.... then the nut cut the tube.
 
My bad, should have gone to the archives first.
Seems that everyone that extended their 5 hour Phase one to over 24 months had tire trouble.
