SB-00002 Screw Size

I recently got my sb-00002 rudder bracket kit and the instructions say to final drill #19 the holes common to the bracket and the vertical stabilizer spar.

The instructions then say to fasten these together using AN509-8R11 screws, however the screws seem definitively too large to fit through the #19 holes.

I am sure I missed something stupid, but I am hoping someone has an idea.

I haven't received my sb-00002 rudder bracket kit yet, but looking at the specs the AN509-8R11 screws should be 0.164 diameter and the #19 drill should be 0.166 diameter. Can you check each with a caliper?

My caliper does not go past 2 digits, but the screws measure 0.18 in diameter. Looks like they must have sent me the wrong ones in the kit.

Just did the SB a few days ago and everything worked just as instructed.
