Default Lycoming I/O360 idle RPM?

I have recently purchased a Dick Colliander built RV-8
It has been over 3 years since my RV-8 has flown and I recently swapped a slick mag with an Emag electronic ign, installed an EchoUAT ADS-B. Before I reinstall the nose bowl for test flight I'd like to reset the idle rpm. Any suggestions for minimum idle RPM?
Also,
I'm putting together a POH for my recently purchased RV-8. Does anyone know a good source for an operators manual and possibly a Pocket checklist (PCL) that fits in the glove box?

You should check out Kevin Hortons website. He is a test pilot and did an excellent job of his POH - - Not likely a pocket size though.

My angle-valve IO-360 has idle set at about 600. With the very light WW prop, it is a little bit lopey, but OK.

A well tuned Superior IO-360 angle valve engine can idle below 250 RPM's.
I have one with a AFP-200 and two Aerosparks electronic ignitions that does just that. Smooth as silk. Timing is very important at that low RPM. Must be no more than 0 advance BTDC.

I didnt know it was possible to set the idle this low.
Is there any hesitation if you rapidly advance the throttle?

With an AFP-200 throttle body. I can advance the throttle normally. If I advance it too fast, it gets too lean to run and dies. Maybe with electronic fuel injection it could work.
