Is this the horizontal stabilizer middle (main?) rib?

If so, that is a similar part I drilled too large on my 7A horizontal stabilizer. I just riveted it with the corresponding "4-" rivet and adjusted the length. I must have gotten it right as I pointed it out to the technical advisor I'm working with and he said it was good to go!

Oops and move on. You're not alone and almost everyone has one of these somewhere on the plane.
