This is still guesswork and there is more to it than what you mention.
1. The existing kit runs one wire to each wingtip to power both the strobe and nav light function. The new system splits those. So one extra wire to each wingtip the same size as the existing one - (either 18 or 22 - I forget which - check the plans.)
2. A function that may or may not be implemented in the new kit: Each light has a connection such that if you run a wire from wing light to wing light (and not to the panel) the strobes will stay synchronized. This would be a 22 gauge. Using the old tab connector methodology would have required another tab - but the wing root now has a new connector. It is an 8 wire connector - enough to accommodate that.
3. There are no new wires to the AP servos - the existing harness has the wires you need.
4. There will be one or two additional twisted pairs going from the panel back to the tailcone. Unsure at this time. These will carry data so probably 22 gauge, could be 18, don't know.
Some of this is based on conversations with Dynon. No guarantees that it is right! If you are just now running the wire, you are in great shape - it is not a problem to run more until you put in the control linkages and the brake pedals.
