Woodward prop governor retaining nut torque IO-360

HI All, and thanks for being there. Well, the Woodward governor is about to come off for adjustment and then re-installation. I seem to have all the information that I need except the torque value for the 4 retaining nuts holding the prop governor to the mount. The governor mount has 4 studs, the gasket and sometimes a shim is installed and then the governor controll is mounted on the 4 studs and the nuts are torqued down -- what torque setting are the nuts tightened to??

Time is up - 5/16 stud -- torque to 205 inch pounds!!
