I have a Props Inc. wood prop that needs refinishing. I've considered doing it myself and have started the process but the tips are wrapped in fiberglass and removing glass to get back to a nice clean surface is turning out to be a chore. I've also realized that the wrapped tips is a good addition and should go back on but with literally zero glass time, I'd rather not begin experimenting. I've contacted Jeff @ Props Inc and he said he would refinish it for a fair price but I'd prefer not to ship it across the country if I can help it.
Are there any individuals in the state that refinishes wood props? I'd really like to get this done ASAP so I'll probably start building a box for shipment this weekend if I don't hear anything but thought I'd VAF first.
