Witness paint & Scotchbrite Wheels

What do folks use for witness paint on nuts/bolts to ensure that no unwanted rotation has occurred after they've been torqued to spec?

Also, I recently got a new scotchbrite wheel and this one is slightly out of round - is there some way to easily dress the wheel such that it doesn't wobble quite so much?

Dressing Scotchbrite

An old file (one you definately don't need anymore!) works well to dress a Scotchbrite wheel. Wear gloves-it will get hot!
