I see a ton of wire heading to the dynon intercom, with many grounds. Anyone have a picture of how they got all that wire connected?

Different Back Shell

If you use this style of Mil-Spec back shell with a flat clamping area it will be easier getting all of the wires and ground daisy chains in.

The hardest part may be remembering to slip the one-piece back shell over the bundle before inserting the contacts into the connector. :)

Digi-Key has them

I believe Garmin uses a similar style for some of their avionics trays.

Perfect!!!

Thanx guys!

This is exactly what I needed.

Now, just make it work for me...

BTW: Even if I do not have the radios attached yet, can I still test the intercom with two headphones and power to the unit?
