wiring pass throughs at the rudder

How have folks passed wires to the tail strobe? There doesn't seem to be a great way to do it.

Best way I found is install the VStab and then drill a hole adjacent to the VStab spar low in the tailcone aft bulkhead centered between the VStab spar and edge of the bulkhead. Then insert a snap bushing - I think it needs to be a 1/4" ID with the smallest OD you can get. Doing it this way will allow you to run the wiring and still be able to remove the VStab.

A lot of people just mount the VStab and then drill the hole through the spar but once the wire is run you can remove it. Why would somebody want to remove the VStab... How 'bout SB 06-2-3 & SB 08-6-1.
