Wingtip lens done

While waiting for the kits to arrive I did my wing tip lens.
I could not fine a sequence of photos so i took some while making them.
Turned out pretty well.

Waiting for fusledge. There are about 30 pictures of the lens being put on. with a few captions. enjoy FYI

I did buy one piece of mirror tile and was going to use it. but at 55 dollars including shipping and 1/8 in thick I thought it was too much weight, although they made one 1/64 but it would have been 85 plus shipping. It would have been slick.. . but the polished aluminum will work fine too and a lot lighter. The AVEO LEDs are really brite at night with all the polish aluminum to bounce off. Hope it all bounces away from the cockpit.
