Wing tip stripe paint options ?

I would like to paint the wing tip with some type of blue stripe, would like to avoid painting the complete fibreglass tip blue.

It seems that a sweeping curve needs to blend into the wing to some degree to look good. Has anyone been able to contain the "sweep" within the fibreglass area with good results, pictures would be great
