Wing Skin Overlap

I'm getting ready to cleco my bottom wing skins on. For the top, it specified that the outboard skin should overlap the inboard, but i cannot find such an instruction for the bottom skins. Is it the same?

Yes, but it's not critical. The only reason is so that water drainage will flow over the seam rather than into it.
