Wing Root Seal

My RV-14A has an unsightly (and aerodynamically suspect) gap between the forward wingroot fairing (F-14118B) and the fuselage. It goes from a close fit at the forward bend near the leading edge to maybe 1/4 inch near the attach points on the forward spar. I know many owners of other RV models install a gap filling seal there. Have any RV-14 owners found an elegant solution for our birds? Thanks.

This is what I used. Unfortunately I don't have great shots of the finished install. I intentionally made the gap larger to fit the seal material and to prevent aluminum on aluminum rubbing. I am happy with the results.
