Wing Root Fairing Bottom Skin Nutplate Location?

This may sound like a dumb question, but I can't for the life of me find the callouts in the drawings where to put the nutplates on the bottom wing skins for the root fairing?

Is anyone able to point me to an appropriate drawing?

Thanks,
Scott

Hi Jayhawk,

See DWG 38 on the far right side under "Wing Root Fairing Installation". Be careful, you have to be able to properly interpret this drawing. I also had a hard time finding and interpreting this drawing. The leading edge is in the center of the drawing.

Good luck.

Thanks...don't know how I missed it.

I guess people are countersinking the nutplate screw and rivet holes?

This could be improved

I missed this the first time too. To make it worse the QB wings came with all the rivets in so it didn't even occur to me at first (had to yank the wings back out).

I'm planning to countersink when I get the wings back off.
