The wing ribs come with the flanges bent slightly less than 90 degrees.
Should they be bent to 90 degrees?
Seems like it would be better to have the corner solid against the skin.

Yes. There is a tool that you can make that works great. The angles are 11 degrees for the anvil and the ram.
