How do I tell whether or not I have the newer style low drag wheel pants?

The new ones do not hug the wheel, they are circular in cross section. Counter intuitive.

Here is an article about my upgrade from the old-style wheel pants to the newer pressure recovery pants:

The old pants are in the first photo, they have a "bulge" to enclose the brakes. The new pants have a greater cross section with no discernible bulge to accommodate the brakes.

There are also Sam James pants around with flatter sides and no "brake bump"...

I have the old ones and they are one piece, no vertical joint 2 piece like the newer pressure recovery type.
