Where is the tail wheel?

Now before you guys start saying "on the tail", what I really mean is, did you get the wheel in the fuse kit or the finish kit? Vans website mentioned it in the fuse but I inventoried mine this week and it wasn't there and it isn't mentioned on the packing list.

Its in the finish kit with your main gear wheels.
