Where is ES-00081 hiding?

They are the 4-40 .75 inch standoffs for the new wing connectors. Looked through the entire H/W inventory. Looked in all the bags. Where else should I check?

Mine were short in the kit too. Call Vans and they will send replacements in the mail.
