Where can I find a headset adapter plug for this?

Hi.

I've borrowed a Bose headset to try it out. The headset is in use on a 737, thus having a single plug and the headset gets it's power from the 737.

I'm wondering if there is an adapter I can buy somewhere which converts the single plug to the two standard GA plugs and at the same time has a batterybox which will supply power to the headset?

Yes....

....I have one for my passenger side. Not sure if Bose makes it or not. Has a 9 volt battery.
