When to rivet these?

When do you rivet the seatback bulkhead reinforcement angle area for the tipup? The directions are telling me to rivet the canopy decks, the canopy latch area gusset and stuff to the longerons and bulkhead so I can see no choice but to go ahead and rivet the heavy angle in place at this time. The problem is that this will totally block the area where the forward turtledeck skin attaches to the sides in this area making bucking these rivets impossible.

So when do you rivet this heavy angle in?

Brian,
I just asked that question of Van's last week. Ken said that the 705G was a "little" pain, but that they waited till the skin was riveted.
I've looked a several around here that are either done or past that stage and several had the three skin to longeron rivets in with pulled rivets. I've left mine to rivet after the skins but still haven't figured out just how I'm going to do it.

I'll try to remember to send you a copy of his email when I get home.
