When to attach wings

With the 7A we have built, we have decided to only do the wings attach part once moved to the hangar. How many 10 builders are doing the same? Asked the other way round - will it be ok to do whatever you can without actually attaching the wings in the "nest" and then do the first real wing attach at the hangar?

I did my first wing install later in the project, at the hanger.

I fit the wings one at a time in the garage. The gap closure pieces between the wing and the fuse require some "weaking" and I wanted this done prior to the hangar / paint.
