What time does Fisk open

Reading the notams in the hotel and we must all be slow. I believe from years past it is at 8am. Can't find it in notam?? Anyone know when they open. Will be in early tomorrow am. Will plan on 8 but would like to confirm that is the open?

Airport opens at 7 but I swear I recall 8 for vfr arrivals

The field opens at 7am, so I plan on being to Ripon at 7. They were ready in 2011.

Plan on landing at 7:00

Last year I flew in on Saturday morning and timed it so I was at Ripon a little before 7:00 and Fisk was open a little before the airport opened. I landed at 7:01.
