What fiberglass supplies do I need?

Looking at getting to some of the fiberglass work on the 12iS in the next couple months. Section 3 of the plans has a list of the supplies needed, but not much detail.

What supplies should I really expect to need for all the fiberglass work on the plane? I still need to do the landing lights on the wings, and probably a little filler on the HS and VS tips. Plus all the fuselage work.

Suggestions on brands and suppliers? Aircraft Spruce has West Systems kits. Do I want Fast or Slow?
