What are the pictured (circled) holes for? RV8 -1 kit. These are pre-punched.

rear seat throttle kit?

I think the plate that holds the pivot for the rear seat throttle mounts to that rail.

On the left side, these are for the rear throttle mount as described above.

On the right side, there is no kit/plan I'm aware of...but you may want to use them to mount a storage area panel.
