Does anyone know the weights of each of the RV-8A kits (non quickbuild) I'm budgeting the total cost of building a RV-8A, and trying to determine shipping costs to Maryland.

It is quite a personal decision, you can not go wrong with either.

But the truth of the matter is sitting on the center line of an airplane is where a pilot belongs.

You can just call Vans and ask for an estimate. I called them a few weeks ago and got an answer in about a minute.
