Washers - Engine Mount

I?m having a very slight engine sag, not a problem for the time being. But in case it get?s worse I want to be prepared to install washers at the lower engine mounts. J-221861 washers seem to be the right washers. Will make them out of stainless steel. Question is does anyone have the dimensions of the mentioned washers?

Might be easier , and get the sag out with less washer thickness , by shimming the lower mount at the firewall .
