Here is some video of C-GNDY's first flight. Notice how the front wheel is kept off the ground. I see in some other videos of first flight take off's that the nose is on the ground until the plane is flying. You can get away with this on paved surfaces but don't try it on soft fields. Practice good technique on every flight!

That was.....

.....about as pretty as they get. Congrats! I did my first one just a month ago and they do get easier and easier but I'm not about to get cocky or complacent. That'll get ya some bent aluminum!
