Video Camera

I currently have a pencil video camera mounted on a bracket attached to the roll bar.

When I playback the video the Garmin radio display appears to glow brightly for a second every seven seconds or so, although the time varies a little. In "real life" the radio display is constant. What's going on?

Sync rates get in phase between the camera, and the display screen.
