VA-128 Restrictor Fitting

Question, is the restrictor fitting drilled to #40 or .040?? I see it listed both ways??

Ron-It's nowhere close to #40. No way you could stick an AD3 rivet in there. It's a very small hole, so .040 is probably correct..
