You could always draw one your self. Most of the data required is available, it just takes a little time to calculate, you would have to guess at the -ve Cl, but that is not very important. FAR 23 specifies how to calculate Va and Vc, you know Vne and so can figure Vd.

I may have what you need if you contact me by e-mail.........it is actually the V-N diagram that I was given a copy of by " you know who " (but they can't help with certification of aircraft outside the US - so they didn't really send it to me in case anyone asks )
