Using Old Proseal

I have some 2 year old proseal, that has been kept in the refrigerator. Have any of you proseal experts had success with re-sealing a tank with old proseal? It sure looks fine!!

I have some 5 year old proseal that I keep frozen between uses, and it still works well for sticking non-critical stuff together. But I sure wouldn't use it for tanks. It might work, but if it didn't, I would be kicking myself the whole time I was redoing the tanks.
