Using Flap Position sensor for AOA switch

Good afternoon,

Has anyone been able to find a way to use the Ray Allen flap position sensor to send a signal to the AFS AOA Sport to indicate flaps are down?

I'd rather not have to install both a position sensor and a microswitch that basically say the same thing. And no, I don't have an AFS EFIS to piggyback on.

Any ideas?

What is the Ray Allen sensor currently connected to?

If it is just generating a voltage between 0V and 12V DC, then program an Arduino mini to sense the voltage and generate the AOA input.

CORRECTION - Use the Arduino Pro 328. It's only $20

I have a similar situation but still feel I'll do a 2-purpose mechanical solution (switch & sensor).
