I have a USATCO ACAT-90 right angle drill that I have not used in a couple years. I purchased this new when I started the build on my -10 and loved it. I am doing some modifications to my cowling and needed to use it for close quarter drilling. The spindle spun very slow with no power. I figured it was gummed up so I disassembled, cleaned, lubricated, and re-assembled. Well now it does not work at all and just sends the air through the unit. I must have re-assembled it incorrectly and I do not have a parts diagram, nor can I find one on the internet. Anyone have a PDF they send me or a link? That would be great. Also, who does repair on these pneumatic tools? I have an Atlas Copco recoil-less riveter I need to get fixed. Thanks for any help or leads.
