U-805-1 Outboard GEAR Wear Plate

After positioning the gear legs properly per the construction manual, the proximity of the drilled hole of the forward AN4 Bolt that attaches the U-805 Outboard Gear Wear Plate has resulted in a clearance issue with a shop-head rivet on the F-843 longeron...., the drilled hole does not allow adequate clearance for the washer or nut to seat flush on the bolt, approximately 25% of the rivet shop-head interferes with the washer/nut ......

Has anyone had experienced this?

Any suggestions or thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

shop head

I took a dremel tool and cut the shop head down. One "substandard" rivet in my mind was not an issue. You need sufficient clearance to get a socket over the nut as well...
