I am in DFW Sunday with wheels (no wings) and the day off. Are there any cool gatherings or otherwise nice places to hang out with other like minded pilots types to tell lies etc?

Hey Cathy,
I go to DFW every quarter......it's an easy drive to Northwest Regional to go to the Van Cave and see what hanger rats are hanging around. Tina's pilot shop is also on the field and a nice place to check out. Then I usually go to Hicks field to stop off at Avery's and Jay Pratts hanger.....Jay will give you a nice tour! Jay is in hanger 584 at Hicks. Anyway....there are some suggestions to keep u out of trouble

Hmm, for some reason I always had it in my head that the Van Cave was also at Hicks. I may just stop in at both places and see who I can see.
