You are indeed lucky, and those were two very special people. I have been inviting everyone with an RV 12 to come visit me, but I am at the end of a very long dead end street, no takers so far. Maybe when it gets colder, they will bless ME with a visit as well since it is warm down here and they may well want to get away from the cold part of the US..
