Well---since the hole were set up for the original plumbing,.375 aluminum tubing with snap bushings, and our hose assemblies have crimped on stainless hose ends with -6 nuts that are .780 across the hex peaks, yep you need to enlarge the holes. The outboard supports are easy because they are held onto the spar by screws. Use a unibit to enlarge just enough so the nut passes through.
On the center supports, its alittle tricker. Same unibit in the lower holes, but add some downward and forward pressure to 'move' the majority of the hole towards the firewall and floor at about a 45* angle. Enlarge the hole just enough to allow the nut to pass through.
Once that done, and everything is reinstalled, pass the crimped fitting end through the holes, routing inside out. Take our supplied grommets, slit the opening, install over the hose, then press the grommets into the holes.
