Trutrak roll servo limit stops

After doing a search on the subject I came up dry. I am in the final assy stages and have BOTH wings on for the first time. So this is the first time that i am able to see the stop to stop travel ofmthe ailerons. The issue I am having is that the Trutrak servo bracket is limiting the travel of the ailerons. While the travel is within Vans published minimum travel limits, the servo bracket should not be the limit stops. I am around an 1/8" shy of having sufficient limits on the tt servo. Has anyone else seen this issue, or had to resolve it. Adjustment of the bracket will not influence the issue

Bill,
you are right about not wanting your servo stops limit the aileron travel.
Since it is really close you could simply file down the limit stops a bit to coincide with the actual aileron stops. Just make sure you are not over center on either side.
It looks like you are getting close to a first flight.

Forgot to mention that Bill. Yes, I got the dremel out. you want 1/32"-1/16" gap at ap servo when contact is made at aileron.
