Trutrak ADI Battery Control Board

Does anyone have a Trutrak ADI backup battery they are willing to part with. Not interested in the batteries, just the control board. My board is fried and it would be nice to just replace that part and package some new cells. Part numbers on my package are ADI BB12V and 8000-037.

Do you have the mfg date of the battery cells? I assume you have one rebuilt. Thanks.
