Trim Tab Horn Spacing?

I am clecoing the E717 and E718 horns to the trim tab and the instructions says to use a clevis pin to set the spacing between the two horns. I do not have a clevis pin in the Emp kit; is there another method to set the spacing or do I need to order this from Vans?

no pin

I don't remember any space between to the elevator trim tab horns. Just put a clecoe through the end hole to hold them together. Also seems like the hole pattern on the trim tab matches to the trim tab horns without any space between the horns.

After looking again, I think you are correct. There is holes in the skin for one horn but the other has to be drilled.
