Torque settings for the io-540 Engine

Hi All,

I am just about to fit the engine for the final time so all nuts etc... need to be correctly torqued.

I have the Lycoming Maintenance Manual, and it does have some torque settings, however, the ones that I am particularly interested in are all the 'bolt on' bits. I can't seem to find them easily and need some help figuring this out.

1. 70456 mounting brackets
2. Vacuum pump nuts
3. Prop governor nuts

Any other help associated with the torque required for the fitting of the engine and bits and pieces...

Any documents and/or advise will be great.

Send me your email and I can email back the table of limits. I am not 100% on the mounts but the others should be the STD torque for the thread size.
