Torque for Grove Brake Torque Pins

According to the Grove wheels and brakes info that came with the main wheels, the caliper is torqued to the back plate and then safety wired. But what about the nut holding on the torque pins that are inserted into the torque plate mounting on the gear leg? Do these need to be torqued/verified? I can't find any info on the Groveaircraft.com website or in the wheel documentation.

The nuts I am referring to are to the left of the safety wired ones in this picture and hold the pins that are inserted into the gear leg torque plate for mounting the caliper to the assembly.

Those nuts should be torqued to the standard torque for that size nut.

BTW, the safety wire on the top bolt should go around the right side of the head instead of the left. Safety wire should always "pull" to the tightening direction of the bolt.
