tip up slider mods

Looking to find out what anyones experience has been with either of the two tip up slider mods. I need to load a narrow wheelchair into the baggage area. Also need to know about wind gusts and how the struts hold up.

I have the tip up mod on my -7. I've had no problems with wind, but I haven't stood it up in more than about 5 knots of tail wind. I've tipped it up into a head wind of at least 15 knots with no problems. I didn't know there were 2 options... I bought mine from a guy at Osh Kosh. I think he was out of Canada. Took about 3 hours to install, and I've been very happy with it. You should be able to get a wheelchair in and out with ease...I get a car seat and a 3 year old back there!

Got mine from Meski and love beying able to load up from the side of the airplane. Best option I have.Use it all the time.
