Tip Up Canopy Seal

I am looking for ideas for a good seal to use between the plexiglass tip up canopy material and the roll over bow structure.

What works best to stop the wind noise and maybe even keep the rain out?

I have put a 1.5" wide carbon fiber on the front part which extends to the back covering the gap completely. It has been painted and looks really good and hoping to give it more rigidity since my friends canopy broke when it was shut without fennec. So, I am hoping that it will both protect the corners from breaking and seal it from wind and rain. I should know in a short time as I am waiting for my inspection.
