Throttle Bracket Bolt

I've snapped the drill bit inside the head of the bolt that takea the throttle bracket, I think it's a 1/4-20s. Does anybody know where I can purchase any with a hole in the head?

Web Search for AN74A bolts.
That is a 1/4-20 drilled head bolt.
